<p>Welcome to OurVitality. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.</p>

<h3>1. What we sell</h3>
<p>OurVitality Herbal Heat Patches are fabric-backed adhesive patches with warming herbal ingredients. Each patch measures roughly 13cm by 10cm and is cut to sit below the kneecap, though it can be worn on other joints. One patch a day, twelve to a box. They require no power, no batteries, no app and no subscription.</p>

<h3>2. They are not a medical device</h3>
<p>These patches are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a replacement for anything your doctor has prescribed, and nothing on this site is medical advice.</p>
<p>What the patches do is provide sustained warmth to the area they are applied to. A warm joint generally moves more easily than a cold one. They do not repair cartilage and they do not reverse joint wear.</p>
<p>Do not apply to broken, irritated or recently injured skin. Stop using them if you get a rash, burning or persistent redness. If your knee gives way, locks, or swells suddenly, speak to your doctor rather than reaching for a patch. If you are pregnant, have diabetes, reduced skin sensation, or a circulatory condition, ask your doctor before use.</p>
<p>These products are for adults 18 and over.</p>

<h3>3. Results</h3>
<p>How much difference warmth makes, and how quickly, differs from person to person. Anything we describe as typical is a description of ordinary experience, not a promise about yours. Where we quote a review, those are that person's words and their experience, not a claim about what yours will be.</p>

<h3>4. Orders and pricing</h3>
<p>We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and do not include any import duties or taxes on international orders.</p>

<h3>5. No subscriptions</h3>
<p>We do not sell subscriptions. Every order is a single purchase. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.</p>

<h3>6. Shipping</h3>
<p>See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates and what happens if a parcel goes missing. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order.</p>

<h3>7. Returns and guarantee</h3>
<p>Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how it works. You do not need to post anything back.</p>

<h3>8. Your account and conduct</h3>
<p>If you create an account you are responsible for what happens under it, including keeping your password to yourself. Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it, or interfere with how it works.</p>

<h3>9. Our content</h3>
<p>The text, images, video, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written agreement.</p>

<h3>10. Reviews</h3>
<p>Where a review comes from someone who bought from us, it is published in their own words and we do not edit it into something they did not say. We do not pay for reviews. Where a review was imported from the manufacturer's marketplace listing rather than left by one of our own customers, it is labelled as such on the page.</p>

<h3>11. Limitation of liability</h3>
<p>To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to what you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.</p>

<h3>12. Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts there. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.</p>

<h3>13. Changes</h3>
<p>We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.</p>
